I have gone through many types of water bottle cages for road and MTB bikes. They were either too loose (water bottles popping out over bumps or on MTB trails) or too tight (pain getting out and in the bottles). Also, I have experienced some carbon cages breaking or cracking after some use. After reading the glowing reviews on bikerumor, I decided to try this product. So far, I find this product to be perfect; the bottles are very secure (even for rough MTB terrains) and much easier to handle. For instance, in the Shenandoah 100, I found water bottles lying left and right on the trails, probably popping out of people's cages; my Vincero bottle never 'popped' out, even on some of the steep, rocky descents. Also, this product alleviates a constant, nagging problem of trying to fit a water bottle on the seat tube of a mountain bike using a regular cage, due to limited space, but with this product one can easily put a large water bottle on the seat tube without much manipulation to get it in or out.
I am so happy with this product that I plan on purchasing for my other bikes. I hope they will come out with insulated bottles soon, and maybe different color bottles. Some may think this product is pricey, but remember you can easily pay $50 (even up to $100 these days) for sub 30 gram carbon cage w/o bottle. With this product, you get the whole system (bottle holder and bottle), and weighs less than the lightest bottle carbon cages out there.Lastly, the bottle plastic does not contain any of those toxic or carcinogenic materials, and they are made in the USA. This product is highly, highly recommended for all types of bikes.

I compared this product side by side with an Arundel Mandible waterbottle cage in my road bike. I got two sets as presents from my girlfriend. First bumb on the road and the Vincero bottle went airborne. I tried both down tube and seat tube fitting with no luck. Only when the Vincero bottle was empty it remained in place...... Looks really nice on a standing still bicycle but this system is not ready for cyclist that actually ride their bikes.

Pros: clean design, small and mount that does not break when I store my bike, easy to insert remove the bottle, good valve that does not leak, elegant.
Cons: bottle easily knocked down by a small push from the side. The other day I went for my first all day ride with a vertically mounted Vincero and the bottle failed three times, all while standing near the bike. First I thought that I placed the bottle in the 'semi engaged position' (another design flaw) but than realized that a small push from the side causes the bottle to fall. Should go back to the design board IMO.
BTW, Macmaster part # 3029T165 (2"x12" elastic hook and loop) is perfect for securing the bottle. I use it for my other, under the frame, Vincero bottle.

For the casual rider this cool and innovative design will be perfect - especially in showing off with friends and getting the oooh's and aaah's starting on that weekend ride.
If you are a serious rider, the magnet will not be strong enough to hold a full bottle when riding over cobbles or rough terrain on the mtb.
With a bigger magnet this product will rock!

I recently saw the Vincero bottle in a Bikerumor review and decided I would try it. Got the system in a week and installed it on my main bike. It works really well I haven't lost a bottle yet. I didn't care for the top and replaced it with a specialized top and it work better, but this was a personal choice. Only real issue is you cannot use other bottles and it is expensive for what it is. Other than that it is a good product and some people will really like it. I will keep using it.
